You need:
2 teaspoons of red chilli flakes
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika powder
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1/3 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of salt
A good pinch of freshly ground pepper
How you make the Chili spice blend:
Ground your spices in a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until fully combined.
Store the Chili spice blend in an airtight spice jar.
Use the spice blend whenever you want.
