You need:
Half a shallot
1/2 teaspoon of finely chopped red chilli
1/2 teaspoon of finely chopped chives
125 ml red wine vinigrette
How you make it MignonetteVinaigrette:
Finely chop the chives, chilli and shallot onion and add it to a bowl.
Add the red wine vinaigrette and store to combine.
Optional, season with salt and pepper.
