You need:
50 grams of blue cheese, strong or creamy
20 gingerbread hearts
How you make them:
Add the gingerbreads to a plate.
Cut small pieces of blue cheese and them on top of the gingerbread.
Serve straight away.
Enjoy with a cup of hot mould wine, preferably in front of the fire, with friends and family.
