Gingerbread And Blue Cheese

Gingerbread and blue cheese are a match made in heaven. A perfect food pairing, that is just superb. A simple treat, ready to serve in just seconds. A great no-effort snack, great for Christmas time.

Gingerbread With Blue Cheese

This treat is as easy to make as they come. Great when friends and family stop by for an unannounced visit. A great treat with a mug of warm mould wine. Check out our recipe for homemade mould wine.



You need:

  • 50 grams of blue cheese, strong or creamy

  • 20 gingerbread hearts


How you make them:

  1. Add the gingerbreads to a plate.

  2. Cut small pieces of blue cheese and them on top of the gingerbread.

  3. Serve straight away.

Enjoy with a cup of hot mould wine, preferably in front of the fire, with friends and family.
