When it comes to baking sweet chocolate muffins, it's important to follow the recipe carefully and not overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter can lead to tough, dense muffins, rather than light and fluffy ones. Be sure to also fill your muffin cups to about two-thirds full, as muffins will rise as they bake. These delectable treats are made with simple ingredients, but you can also add different nuts, and fruit or coffee liqueur to enhance the flavour of the muffins. With just a few simple steps, you can have a batch of warm, fresh muffins that are ready to be devoured.
